Central Washington Corn Processors has built a 143,250 square foot state of the art flat house storage facility as a distribution center for meal products. The flat house is loaded overhead by elevator legs and belts rated at 40,000 bushels per hour capacities. Currently, there are 14,500 feet of 115-pound rail to handle the largest trains both Class One Railroads ship (BNSF & UPRR). The facility is unique in the sense that it has independent direct service by both Class One Railroads (BNSF & UPRR)
Central Washington Corn Processors has 2.1 Million Bushels of grain storage capacity. At 40,000 bushel per hour take away speeds the facility is capable of unloading shuttle trains, 120 rail cars, in under 15 hours.
Central Washington Corn Processors has a tower dryer to handle locally grown grain at harvest time.
Central Washington Corn Processors offers two ground corn products. There is a fine ground corn product, with average particle sizes of 7 microns to meet the demands of the dairy producers, and there is a cracked corn that breaks the kernal into several pieces to service the cattle demand.
